If you are a perfectionist , don't judge other's imperfections..it will only bring their self esteem down/low..

Encourage the other person..be the reason why that girl/boy is back on track..even the adults in your world..let them say I became better and got my spark back in life because of you..

We all need ourselves to compliment each other..so no one is insignificant but important..

If it weren't so God would have created us invidually..but He created us for another and that's why we have families and friends in our lives..

When God said, your profiting will appear before men, He wasn't merely referring to your personal growth in life but the lives of others you changed as you journey through life..

The insignificance traits you think you see in others might just be what you need to apply to your life to make it a huge success..

I never and will never take anyone for granted or look down on a person..God didn't wire me that way..if I hail from him then I should act like Him..and that's why I see good in every person no matter the report about them..you know why? because God sees good in me enough that He sent JESUS to die for me...

So you see, be the reason why others are happy..It won't take anything from you but rather give you inner Peace and Joy..
